Con provvedimento n. 124 del 03.07.2024 il Sindaco ha revocato l'ordinanza n. 121 del 28.06.2024 circa il divieto di utilizzo della rete pubblica per scopi potabili o alimentari. Qui di seguito il testo completo dell'ordinaza:
Mit Bezug auf die Verordnung n. 121 von 28.06.2024 über das Verbot der Nutzung von Wasser aus dem öffentlichen Netz zu Trink- oder Nahrungsmittelzwecken, die laut Mitteilung der örtlichen Gesundheitsbehörde ULSS 9 Scaligera Prot. n. 10971 von 28.06.2024 erlassen wurde;
Da die örtliche Gesundheitsbehörde ULSS 9 Scaligera mit Schreiben Prot. n. 111863 von 02.07.2024 mitgeteilt hat, dass die am 01.07 und am 02.07.2024 ausgeführten Probeentnahmen das Fehlen von Norovirus und die Normalisierung der chemischen Parameter festgestellt haben - und infolgesessen dem Bürgermeister von Torri del Benaco den Widerruf der Verordnung n. 121 von 28.06.2024 empfohlen hat;
Der Bürgermeister von Torri del Benaco hat am 03.07.2024 mit Akte n.124 die Verordung n. 121 von 28.06.2024 widerrufen.
With reference to ordinance n. 121 of 28.06.2024, concerning the ban on the use of water from the public network for drinking or food purposes, issued following the note received from the local health company ULSS 9 Scaligera prot. n. 109271 of 28.06.2024;
Acquired the note prot. n. 111863 of 2 July 2024, with which the local health company ULSS 9 Scaligera has informed that the samples taken on 01.07.2024 and on 02.07.2024 have shown the absence of Norovirus and the normalization of chemical parameters, proposing, therefore, to the Mayor of Torri del Benaco the revocation of ordinance n. 121 of 28.06.2024;
The Mayor of Torri del Benaco has ordered by act n. 124 of 03.07.2024 the revocation of ordinance n. 121 of 06.28.2024.
